Our Story

JHG have extensive experience managing high end catering and beverage services across government and commercial operations, with demonstrated implementation of successful business models across the Northern Territory. JHG are equipped to provide upscaling and descaling support to emergency responses, or expedient large-scale operations.

JHG pride itself on the provision of professional customer service in all aspects of work. To support streamlined communication channels, we integrate regular meetings with our clients to seek feedback, discuss forward plans and raise any items for discussion. JHG work collaboratively with our clients to achieve the best outcome and maintain a positive reputation for all parties. JHG have customer service response targets and escalation pathways that workers are trained in, these procedures require prompt reporting and timely response to incidents.

 

JHG boast 21 years direct experience in VIP catering services to Parliamentary Officials, Prime Ministers, Governor General’s and the Royal Family. We have showcased the contemporary image for state lunches and dinners for Royalty and Dignitaries from around the world, community receptions and large events, morning and afternoon teas, investiture ceremonies, weddings, school visits, Royal and VIP jet inflight catering, and Military field catering.

 

Over the past 6 years JHG have expanded our services to provide VIP and high-end catering direct to the public and to affluent Darwin businesses. JHG are permanently located at Parliament House Darwin and Cullen Bay, which has successfully facilitated a space for local partners to collaborate and hold events across the territory
